CTET Sept 2016 Application Form

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducts the CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) twice every year all across India. The test is specially designed for the teachers for Class 1 to Class 8. The candidates who are thinking of choosing the career in teaching can apply for the examination. The candidates have to appear in two papers in the test.

The Examination board will release the CTET Sept 2016 Application Form in the 1^st week of July 2016. The candidates who want to appear for the examination can download the application form from the website. Interested candidates have to fill the form with all the required details and submit it before the last date of submission. The board will soon release the CTET Sept 2016 Application Details on the website.

CTET Sept 2016 Registration and Exam Date

The CBSE has recently released the date for the CTET. The examination will be held on 18^th of September. Before the examination, the application form fill up, registrations, etc. will be done. The dates for the same will be notified soon.

CTET Sept 2016 Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the CTET, there are certain eligibility criteria.

• For Paper 1: Higher Secondary Candidates should be 10^th Pass with 55% and 2 years of diploma in Elementary Education

Senior Secondary Education Candidates should be 12^th pass with 55% and should have degree in Bachelor of Elementary Education

• For Paper 2: To appear in the Paper 2, candidates should have a Bachelor degree in nay subject with 55% of marks and B.Ed. is compulsory for Paper 2.

 The Examination Pattern

• The examination papers will be of multiple choice questions.
• Each question will be of 1 marks
• There is no negative marking

• GENERAL and OBC: For Paper (1)- Rs. 600 and for both the Papers- Rs. 1000

• ST and SC : For Paper (1)- Rs.300 and  for both the Papers- Rs. 500

• Last Date of Form Fill Up: Last week of July
• Examination Date: 18^th of September
• Payment Date: 31^st July (Tentative)
• Result Declaration Date: October 2016

• The CBSE Board will soon release the application form on the website and candidates have to download the form from ctet.nic.in.
• Move to the notification page “CTET Sept 2016 Application Form”
• Fill the form with all the desired information
• Attach all the required documents
• Pay the fee for the examination (online)
• Recheck the form before submitting.
• Take a print out of the application form for further use.
