CBSE Supplementary Exam Dates 2016 Now Available:

The CBSE board had declared results for 10th and 12th class March exams in May. Many students excelled in their board exams but there were few students who could not score well or failed in some subject. For the students who are not happy with their score or who have failed in a particular subject, The Central Board of Secondary Education has released the compartment forms. The students, who have filled these forms and have paid the fees on time, will be able to appear for compartment exams as per the CBSE Supply Exam Calendar 2016.

In a recent notice, CBSE has announced CBSE Class 10th Compartment Exam Dates 2016 and CBSE Class 12th Compartment Exam Dates 2016. Along with the CBSE Compartment Exam Dates 2016, the board has also issued guidelines for the students who can appear for the supply exam for the 12th class.

The Important Guidelines:

  1. Any student who has failed in only 1 subject out of 5 can apply to appear for the compartment exam. If someone has failed in more than one subject, he/she can’t appear for the compartment exam.
  2. Three chances will be given to students to clear their supply as per the below schedule: 1st chance: July/August 2016, 2nd chance: March/April 2017 and 3rd chance: July/August 2017
  3. The students, who won’t be able to clear the exam in three chances, will be required to reappear for the 12th exams of all subjects.
  4. If a student has failed in a subject with practical, he/she will be required to reappear for the practical as well.

CBSE Re Exam Dates 2016

The board has given subject wise dates for class 10th students whereas for class 12th the exam for all subjects will be conducted on 16th July, 2016. The reappear exams for class X will also start from 16th July and the last exam will be on 23rd July, 2016.
