The Ministry of Human Resource Development has given the responsibility of conducting the CTET to CBSE Delhi. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has successfully conducted the CTET 2016 for appointment of eligible candidates as teachers in the government recognised schools on 21st Feb 2016 all over India. The CTET is conducted twice a year by CBSE- one’s in February and another in September. The selected candidates will teach the students from class 1 to 8. More than 8 lacs candidates from all over India appeared for the examination. The exam was conducted in two schedules. First is paper 1 for the candidates who intend to teach the students from class I to V and Paper 2 for those who intend to teach VI to VIII class. One can appear for both the exams if they are capable to teach from class I to VIII.
Now, the exam is over. The search for the Answer key has started to know the performance in CTET 2016 examination. CBSE will soon publish CTET 2016 Answer key on the official website. Those who appeared for the examination can download the CTET 2016 Answer key from the official website www.ctet.nic.in as soon as it is available. The candidates must score 60% marks in CTET to get the eligibility certificate. On the basis of the eligibility certificate, they can apply in schools. The certificate is valid for 7 years.
Note: In the state of Haryana, CTET feb 2016 which was scheduled on 21st feb 2016 stands postponed. The notification for the re-schedule of exam will be released on the official site for the candidates who have registered from Haryana.
