The Central Board of Secondary Education will be conducting Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) Sept 2016 on 18th September, 2016. The board is all geared up to conduct this examination and has given all the important information at the official website i.e. www.ctet.nic.in.
CTET is conducted by CBSE to shortlist class teachers for Class 1st to class 5th and class 6th to 8th and they are posted all over India.

CTET 2016 Pattern
The CTET 2016 exam will have two papers Paper I and Paper II. Each paper will consist of 150 Multiple Choice Questions with equal marks where the candidate will be required to choose the right answer. There will be no negative marking. The time duration for each paper is 2:30 hours.
CTET Syllabus:
- The Paper I will cover the sections like Child development and pedagogy, Language I & II, Mathematics and environmental studies subjects.
- The Paper II will contain questions from subjects like Child development and pedagogy, Language I Hindi, II English, Science and Mathematics.
