Recently, the Defence Research and Development Organisation have released the advertisement of the opening of 1142 posts for various departments in the DRDO. There will be a written examination and the candidates who qualify the examination will be further selected for the post. Interested candidates have applied for the post by filling the application form via online or offline.
DRDO ADMIT CARD 2016
For the upcoming written examination, the CEPTAM examination council will soon release the DRDO Admit Card July 2016. A large number of candidates applied for the examination. We can say it is a big recruitment drive. The board will release the DRDO Admit Card 2016 for Senior Technical Assistant ‘B’, Technician ‘A’ and Admin & Allied posts. The online and the offline registration process are now shut down. The total number of posts department wise is as follows:
- Senior Technical Assistant ‘B’: 564 Seats
- Technician ‘A’: 345 Seats
- Admin & Allied: Total 233 Seats. Out of which 95 Seats for (Admin Assistant ‘A’ (English Typing), 07 seats for Admin Assistant ‘A’ (Hindi Typing), 15 seats for Assistant Halwai-cum-Cook, 45 seats for Store Assistant ‘A’ , 45 seats for Vehicle Operator ‘A’, 16 seats for Junior Translator, and 10 seats for Stenographer Grade-II.

DRDO CEPTAM 08 Hall Ticket 2016 or DRDO Admit Card 2016 will be soon published on the official website www.drdo.gov.in. Candidates will be notified as soon as the DRDO examination council release the admit cards on their official website.

The examination board officials will conduct the written examination on 17th of July 2016 in different cities of the country like Agra, Chandigarh, Guwahati, Kanpur, Port Blair, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Pune, Bengaluru, Dehradun, Imphal, Kolkata, Raipur, Bhopal, Delhi NCR, Jammu, Nagpur, Ranchi, Bhubaneswar, Gorakhpur, Jodhpur, Patna and Visakhapatnam. The written examination will be of 150 objective type MCQs. They also said that the DRDO CEPTAM 08 Admit Card 2016 or DRDO Admit Card 2016 will be released before 15 days of the commencement of the examination. Candidates can collect the admit cards from the website or it will also be delivered to the candidates through postal.
