Those who want to study vocational studies at the Bachelors/ Undergraduate level at Delhi University should note that the DU 2016 vocational courses admission process has already begun. The candidates who wish to apply for the for the Bachelor of Vocational Studies courses should send their application forms via centralised online registration system.
DU Admissions 2016 Vocational Studies Admissions:
The DU undergraduate vocational studies 2016 admission process for the 350 seats available under the six courses of Bachelor of Vocational Studies started on 1st June, 2016.
As per the online notification issued, a candidate can include only the related subjects in the ‘Best Four’ subjects in order to apply for the bachelor programs DU 2016. These subjects will also be considered at par with the academic subjects.
Admission to Bachelor programs Delhi University 2016 will be provided to the candidates on the basis of cut-offs. The first cut-off list for DU admissions 2016 is scheduled to be out on June 27, 2016.
There are three colleges which provide vocational studies bachelor programs Delhi University 2016.
Below are the Colleges offering the Bachelor of Vocational Studies DU 2016 course:
- Jesus and Mary College, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi.
- Ramanujan College, Kalkaji, New Delhi.
- Kalindi College, East Patel Nagar, New Delhi.
Once the student completes first year, he or she will be awarded with diploma and after the completion of the second year, an advanced diploma will be awarded. The degree by Delhi University will be given after the completion of three years under the Bachelor of Vocational Studies.
Industrial Training will be given to the students who will study vocational courses at Delhi University. The University and colleges have made arrangements to get the students first-hand experience sharing with the experts from the industry. This will help the students to become industry ready and get employed easily.
