About the IBPS Psychometric Test 2016
The Psychometric test will contain four different kinds of questions. These are as follows:

Numerical Reasoning questions:
These questions will assess the capability of the candidates to work with numbers, and their accuracy in mathematics. The topics covered in these questions will be rates of interest, currency conversion, analysis of cost and sales, and ratio & percentage.

Verbal Reasoning questions:
These questions will assess the candidates’ capability to correctly answer the questions asked, after reading the provided passages for comprehension. This will portray the constructive skills of the candidates, rather than their vocabulary and fluency in English.

Diagrammatic Reasoning questions:
These questions will be asked for assessing the candidates on the basis of skills in flowcharts and sequence diagrams. This will show how adept the candidates are in reasoning.

Situational Judgement questions:
This test will be carried out in a specific workshop or place, and will be focused on the candidates’ responses and character in dealing with different situations.
IBPS Psychometric Test 2016 Schedule:
The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) carries out a Common Written Examination (CWE) every year for the selection of candidates to fill different posts in government banks.
