Earlier, it was supposed to be released on the 15th of October, 2015, but according to the new notification, it will be released on October 25, 2015 at 1300 hours. As always, this year also a whopping number of candidates have registered for the test. However, this year 2.18 lakh candidates have applied, which is larger than ever.

Since CAT 2015 Hall Ticket is the most important document for appearing for the test, it isn’t instantly released after the registration. Also, hard copies are not sent to the candidates. IIM CAT Admit Card 2015 can only be downloaded online. The reason for the delay is still unknown. But as of now, candidates will be able to download the admit card from the date of release up till the date of exam.

How to download the CAT 2015 Admit Card 2015?

Follow these simple steps to download the admit card once it is available after 1300 hours on the 25th of October, 2015.

  • Log on to the official website of IIM CAT i.e. www.iimcat.ac.in.
  • If you’re registered, click on the link near the “Log In” link which says “Existing User”.
  • If you’re not register, click “New User” and get yourself registered.
  • You will be directed to a log in page where you must fill the CAT 2015 user ID and password.
  • Once logged in, you will see a link to download admit card 2015.
  • Click on the link to see IIM CAT 2015 admit card in a new window.
  • Get a print out of this admit card and keep it safe.

Key points to remember about Admit Card

  • Admit card will be available for downloading up till November 29, 2015.
  • It will only be generated online. It won’t be sent by post.
  • Admit card will only be valid for one test and session only.
  • It is mandatory to carry the admit card to the exam center on the date of exam. Otherwise, you won’t be allowed to take the test.
  • Even when the test is over, the candidates must retain the admit card because it will be of use in future.
