IIT JEE Main 2016 Exam Review and Paper Analysis:

The JEE Main paper is considered as the basic eligibility for appearing in the second phase of the JEE, – the JEE Advanced examination, which opens the gateway to get admission to the most reputed engineering colleges of the country, including the IITs, GFTI, NITs and ISM. JEE Main 9th April Exam Paper 1 and Paper 2 Review:

According to the JEE Main 9 April Paper Analysis, there were total 90 questions covering the three subjects, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, which were marked as section A, B and C in the Paper 1. The paper included 30 questions from each of the subject to test the knowledge and understanding of the candidates on each of the subjects. Each question in the paper carried 4 marks. This paper was designed for the candidates aiming for admission into the BE/B.tech. courses. The most important point for the students writing the test was to note that the test had steep negative marking and 1 mark would be deducted from the total score obtained by the student in the paper, for each wrong answer.

As reported by the JEE Main 2016 Exam Review the Paper 2 was designed for the students aspiring to take admission in the BArch/BPlanning programs offered by the top notch institutes of the country. This paper included mainly three sections, Mathematics, Aptitude test and Test of Drawing. The JEE Main 2016 Exam Review says that the questions from the Mathematics and Aptitude test sections were all of MCQ type, while the drawing section included questions to test the drawing aptitude of the appearing candidates.
