SSC Stenographer Result 2016 for Grade C & D – Staff Selection Commission (SSC) had conducted the SSC Stenographer 2016 Grade C and D exam on 31st July, 2016. A large number of candidates have appeared for the same and are now waiting for the SSC Stenographer Result 2016 to be declared by the commission. The SSC Steno Grade C & D Result will contain the names of the candidates who will be selected to appear for the skill / trade test for stenography.

The candidates who will be able to meet the SSC Stenographer Cut Off Marks 2016 requirement for written and skill test will be called for the final selection and their names will be included in the SSC Stenographer Merit List 2016. Date of Announcement of the SSC Stenographer Result 2016
It is expected that the SSC Stenographer Result 2016 will be announced in the month of November/ December, 2016.
In order to check the result, the candidates should know their Roll Numbers. The Roll Numbers are printed on the admit card released by the commission. So, when you are checking result keep your admit card handy.
The Staff Selection Commission generally publishes two lists of results i.e. SSC Stenographer Grade C Result 2016 and SSC Stenographer Grade D Result 2016. The SSC Stenographer Grade C Result 2016 will contain the name of candidates who have been selected to appear in the skill test for the post of Stenographer Grade C and the SSC Stenographer Grade D Result 2016 will include the list of the shortlisted candidates for the skill test for the Grade D Stenographer.
Skill Test for Stenographers
The candidates who will be able to meet the cut off marks for the written exam will be called for the skill test. In order to check the stenography skills of the candidates they will be given a dictation for 10 minutes in English or Hindi at 100 wpm (for Stenographer Grade C posts), 80 wpm (for Stenographer Grade D posts).
The candidates will be required to transcribe the given matter on computer within the speculated time as given below.

The candidates who will be able to qualify the above mentioned skill test will be selected for the posts of Stenographers Grade C and D. The announcement of the selected candidates will be done in the final SSC Stenographer Result 2016.
